Party in the Park 2012

JUMP Children's Charity held it's first Party in the Park on Saturday 28th July at Risley Moss Nature Reserve. JUMP invited 15 children and their families to the party, and they were treated to a wonderful time in the park and woods of Risley Moss which included Punch & Judy show, Children's Entertainer Zippy and giant Wii and Xbox Kinect games. Also during the day the children and their family had a photo-shoot with our JUMP photographers and then enjoyed a Treasure Trail with the Risley Moss Park Ranger and then came face to face with Lizards, Snakes, a Skunk and Norman the Raccoon from the Home Safari team.

The day was made possible from the generous donation from Warrington Freemasons after the Sportsman's Dinner with Former Welterweight Champion Boxer John H Stracey, they held back in February. We were very glad to welcome a few of the Warrington Freemason team along to the Party in the Park so they could see first hand how the money they raised for JUMP Children's Charity was used and how it benefited the children and their families.

JUMP Children's Charity would like to thank everyone who helped make the day possible, from organising to all the volunteers who were there to help make the children's party in the park a truly special one.
